The booking is confirmed once the full amount has been received in our account. The selected date(s) will be held for 3 working days. If payment is not received on time, your reservation will be cancelled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unfortunately, we must take booking.com into account, which takes priority in our calendar. Although we can reserve a room after a booking is made through this website, there is a short time window during which a double booking may occur. In such cases, booking.com takes precedence. The likelihood is very small, but we are obliged to inform you of this. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. If you cancel within 5 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is equal to 50% of the total price. If you do not show up, the no-show fee is equal to the total price of the reservation. You can cancel your booking by emailing us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepayment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advance payment is made via a payment request sent through WhatsApp or email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taxes and service charges<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>9% VAT and tourist tax included.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">House rules<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Children cannot be accommodated in this accommodation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The minimum age is 18 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The maximum number of people in a room is 2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is any doubt about your age, we may ask for identification and deny you access. You will not get your money back.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pets are not allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No confetti or the like in the rooms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of deliberate damage and\/or loss of our property, we can report this to the police.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of threats, we will report this to the police.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Narcotics in any form are not allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must take flora and fauna into account. Fishing is not allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of (deliberate) damage and loss of our property, we will hold you liable for repairs and\/or replacement costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of unruly behavior, loud music, noise, smoking indoors and other similar nuisance, we may deny you access. You will not get your money back.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. In the event of violation, we may charge a cleaning fee of 150 euros. No open fires.
